Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LENOATE platforms and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Services
LENOATE provides standalone SaaS platforms for business communication (WhatsApp Business Platform), sales management (CRM), and workforce operations (HRMS). Each platform is subscribed to independently and governed by the plan you select.
Subscriptions & Billing
Plans are billed monthly in INR as listed on our pricing page. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate order form. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the end of any billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platforms in compliance with applicable laws and, for WhatsApp messaging, with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies — including consent requirements for outbound messaging. Spam, harassment, and unlawful content are prohibited.
Data & Ownership
Your business data remains yours. We process it only to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you bring into the platforms.
Availability & Support
We engineer for high availability and provide support according to your plan level. Enterprise plans may include custom SLAs and dedicated account management.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LENOATE Innovations Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
